The Night Circus Wins Two Awards from the ALA

First-time author Erin Morgenstern continues to rack up awards for her captivating bestseller, The Night Circus. This time, the awards came from the American Library Association. The Reference and User Services Association’s (RUSA) Reading List Council names the top book in each of eight different genres; <em>The Night Circus was named the top book of 2012 for Fantasy. But that’s not all. The Alex Awards, given by the Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA) to ten books written for adults that have special appeal to young adults, ages 12 through 18, honored two Doubleday books for 2012: The Night Circus and Robopocalypse. The Destiny of the Republic was also named an ALA 2012 Notable Book in Nonfiction.
