NPR Book Club Picks Cutting For Stone

Abraham Verghese’s Cutting For Stone has been selected by the NPR Book Club. Those interested in participating will have an opportunity to discuss the book with fellow readers, and three book clubs will be selected to win a visit from Dr. Verghese himself!

NPR has also set up a special Twitter account @nprbkclub, where they will be leading discussions about the book. Readers can also interact with Dr. Verghese in a special “Ask Dr. Verghese” thread on NPR Books’ Facebook page, click here to join in.

Those who wish to discuss the book in person can register for a Meetup here. All Meetups that include ten or more people will be automatically included in the drawing to receive a visit from Dr. Verghese.
