The Norwegian-language adaptation of Nesbø’s book is directed by Morten Tyldum from a screenplay by Lars Gudmestad and stars Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Aksel Hennie, and Julie R. Ølgaard. The film opens in New York and Los Angeles on April 27, and early reviews have been excellent. The San Francisco Examiner declared, “If you loved Girl With The Dragon Tattoo you are definitely going to love Headhunters. This film is an edge-of-your-seat thrill ride exploding with suspense and intrigue.” New York Magazine added, “Thrillers don’t get much more delectable.”
