Judith Jones and Lidia Bastianich Nominated for 2010 James Beard Award

The James Beard Foundation announced their final nominees for the 2010 James Beard Foundation Awards [pdf], and we’re delighted to see that Judith Jones and Lidia Bastianich have made the list!

Judith Jones’s The Pleasures of Cooking for One is up for a book award  in the general cooking category, and Lidia Cooks from the Heart of Italy is a nominee in the international category.

You’ve got plenty of time to try a recipe or two from each cookbook before the awards ceremony takes place in New York City on May 2nd and 3rd:
