Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries or entries that are garbled or unintelligible for any reason, including but not limited to computer or network malfunction or congestion (including at Sponsor offices), and any such entries shall be deemed ineligible. By entering the sweepstakes, participants are consenting to be added to Random House’s mailing lists for future promotions and for the use of their name for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Random House with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law).
