The Pantheon Graphic Novels Sweepstakes begins February 22nd, 2010, and final submissions are due by 11:59 pm (Eastern Standard Time) on March 30th, 2010.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Subscribe to the Pantheon Graphic Novels e-newsletter for the chance to win one (1) copy of your choice of the following three (3) graphic novels: ROUGH JUSTICE, BODYWORLD, or CANCER VIXEN. The sweepstakes begins February 22nd, 2010, and final submissions are due by 11:59 pm (Eastern Standard Time) on March 30th , 2010.

II. ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years of age on February 22nd, 2010, excluding all residents of Quebec, and all Random House and employees and affiliates. Entries received from persons residing in geographic areas in which entry is not permitted will be disqualified. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

III. PRIZES
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) copy of their choice of your choice of the following three (3) graphic novels: ROUGH JUSTICE, BODYWORLD, or CANCER VIXEN.
Approximate retail value of ROUGH JUSTICE is $30. Approximate retail value of the trade paperback of CANCER VIXEN is $16.95. Approximate retail value of BODYWORLD (advanced reader’s edition) is $5. ALL WINNERS will be randomly selected.

IV. WINNER
All winners will be notified on or around March 30th, 2010. The winners will be notified by email. The return of any notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. One prize per household. In the event of any other noncompliance with rules and conditions, prizes may be awarded to an alternate winner. Taxes, if any, are the winner’s sole responsibility. RANDOM HOUSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE PRIZES OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE IF PRIZES, AS STATED ABOVE, BECOME UNAVAILABLE.

V. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

All disputes and questions regarding the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any participant or the Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein
